Happy to have re-watched this one, it holds up pretty well as a bug dumb over the top action flick.
Y'know, it was hyper-violent, had some oddball bits of comedy and Ray Stevensen really does a great job in the role, he looks the part 100% and pulls of the characterization pretty damned well.
I've watched waaay worse action fare, this is definitely worth a look as a rental or cable viewing.
