Okay, take away the bad acting and horribly gratuitous violence and you have a serviceable take on the Punisher.
However you cant take those things away. So you end up with a movie that contains the worst accents in the history of cinema as well as totally distracting acts of violence.
Terrible movie. And I cannot overstate how bloody this film is.
