This movie got the level of Brutality of the Punisher fried to perfection, but forgot about constructing the other part of a coherent movie; a plot, a strong villain, some plausible justification of the BLOOD AND GUTS of this movie. I like a gratuitous violence just as much as the next guy, but this movie get ridiculous. Seeing ppl getitng their brains blown out with ! a shotgun is only funny for so long. Add Bad Acting, Bad Editing, Bad Rock Music (Gross), Stupid Villains, a Moronic Hench-man. VERDICT: Excessive violence doesn't make up for a shitty movie. F-.
On the Upside it does have NEWMAN in it. Too bad he won't be in the sequel [spoiler alert] he gets his brains blown out.
