Review of Puncture (2011) by Muffin M — 08 Jun 2013
Based on true events about a product that has the ability to save thousands of lives. Two lawyers discover that they may possibly be in way over their heads when they decide to take on heavy hitters of the pharmaceutical industry.
Chris Evans is well.... Chris Evans and barely manages to pull off the starring role of this whistle-blower story but Adam and Mark Kassen push the narrative along at a fairly respectable pace which more often than not focuses too much on MIke Weisses (Evans) drug addiction story rather than focus on the events that inspired it.
Not a bad film but could have been better for a story that begs to be told.
