It's great that Pumpkin takes a stand for rebelling against authority and societal norms and lampoons such a group of socially elitist hypocrites as a college sorority, but the execution could've been better.
The movie has an odd, quirky feel to it, and by that I mean not an intentional one relating to the movie's message itself, but an unintentional one having to do with the way it was made.
