Review of Pumping Iron II: The Women (1985) by Jamie F — 12 Nov 2008
I was pleasantly surprised by this. Set in the earlier days of women's bodybuilding, most of the ladies don't look like muscular men wearing bikini's. Only one competitor, Australian Bev Francis, more resembles male than female.
Strangely enough, that is what the sport was to become as the years passed. Thank god for fitness modelling today!!!
