The best and only documentary on bodybuidling in the mid-70s. Keep in mind this is not a completely true documentary. Certain parts were staged in order to make it more appealing and entertaining. Of course Arnold would later say that his famous "cumming" comment was done in order to get more people into the gym.
Anyone who is a fan of physical culture/bodybuilding shold definitely see this film. It shows how things truly were in the hey days of bodybuidling and at Gold's in Venice in the 70s. Arnold, Mike Katz, Ed Corney, Robbie Robinson, Ferrigno, Ken Waller, Franco etc.
