Arnold is a genius! He makes such outrageous statements, and thus "sells" bodybuilding all while entertaining and motivating all at the same time. Even at the young age of 28 you will see why Arnold has become so successful in the box office and in whatever he has put his mind to.
whether you're an Arnold fan, someone that likes to pump iron, or both this is a must see! (Get the 25th Anniversary Edition).
