For such a small budget film, in which they actually ran out of money when they were almost finished filming, this movie is really impressive. Both for gym rats and regular people alike, this film is both entertaining and shows the life of dedicated athletes.
It has hilarious interviews, crazy work out scenes, and an entertaining plot. Lou vs. Arnold showdown. I've seen this movie probably 6 or 7 times and its still enjoyable to watch, especially with someone watching it for the first time.
