Review of Pumping Iron (1977) by David C — 31 May 2009
I love documentaries, and it was very fun to see Lou Ferrigno and Arnold Schwarzenegger looking so young. My favorite character would have to be Ferrigno's father at every turn (especially the intriguing moment at the dinner table with family - excellent camera work there).
Other highlights include the footage of Mike Kats taking the loss of placing fourth in the 1975 Mr. Universe, and Ferrigno pumping iron in training yelling out "Arnold! Arnold!" with every rep.
