Wow! I honestly did not know that Arnold Schwarzenegger was 7year straight Mr. Olympia, itâ??s the title of the best body builder of the world. So itâ??s a documentary of Mr. Schwarzenegger. In the film, itâ??s all about competition, working out, and people taking shower? Lol.
I work out myself and it feels great. However, I didnâ??t really pay attention to pro-body builders cuz I thought they are just too big muscles and nasty in a way. Well, after watching thisâ?¦. I really did see how beautiful manâ??s body can beâ?¦ Itâ??s not gay; itâ??s a great admiration and respect.
Itâ??s not the entertaining film or educational but it is something. I watched this movie and planning on watching it whenever I feel like to slack off in my work out routine.
