This is a documentry into the world of body building. This movie helped pave the way for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno to get into acting. The film follows these muscle bound athletes from their training to the title of Mr.
Universe. You also get to see the influence of Joe Weider in this sport. This is a interesting movie. This film is dated now since it was filmed back in the 70's. But still a solid watch.
