Okay now this movie could have applied to the context of wht was going on in the 90's a totally corrupt education system n educational reforms which suck..now I kno whyy this movie was pretty popular with my grandfather.
It did however have its moments and a pretty good story..but poor charecters and a bad story line is wht totally destroyed this movies chance of gettin acclaimed!!!
