If this movie had come out just two years later we'd all remember it as the epitome of the 90's cynical grunge movement. Unfortunately it didn't so not too many people remember it.
What a great movie about youth in revolt, about corrupt adults and angry youth. Sometimes the adults are the villains and the kids need to break the law.
