Not quite as hardcore punk rock as it thinks it is but Samantha Mathis shows her ample tits and Christian Slater beat the shit out of Lil' Bow Wow in real life so it all evens out in the end. Good mix of unintentional and intentional humor.
Killer soundtrack as well.
