Review of Pulse (2006) by Katherine C — 31 May 2008
In reality, the concept of the film wasn't that bad. An apocalypse induced by destroying the barrier between technological frequencies and those of the dead doesn't sound that bad to me. It was easily ruined by the lack of any sort of scariness at all, terrible acting, and repetitive and predictable horror scenes.
Special effects were lacking, but there were a few creative shots. In short, Pulse was a concept with potential ruined by everything else.
