Puff, Puff, Pass had the potential to be a decent stoner movie (especially given star Danny Masterson's many years of experience in playing that kind of role like he did on That 70's Show), however most of the jokes fall flat, very flat, and winds up being mostly unfunny, though there are several amusing parts, such as the diner scene with Darrell Hammond who looks miserable being there making this film, but does it anyways, because he is a whore for the money, and another scene involving David Faustino from Married with Children (his scene even has the MWC theme song playing in the background which was amusing).

The information states that the other half of the duo is director Mekhi Phifer. Clearly whoever wrote this was high as a kite, because Phifer plays a small part as a criminal kingpin towards the end of the movie.

The other half of the duo is actually played by another guy, whose name escapes me. Oh well, not that important. Moderately amusing film.
