[font=Century Gothic]So.. the insurance guy called me today.. Brad.. (I forever hate that name now..) mr hard to get a hold of.. it's been like a week since the accident.. and hes nowhere to be found.
. and now.. he calls me... and really needs to talk. So.. he says.. because they feel that I was partially at fault for the accident that.. they are only going to pay 85% of my estimate.. leaving me with the other 15%.
. which would only be like close to $800 or so dollars possibly.. but.. even if I had that much money.. that is soooo not the point... The point is.. that she is at fault.. she crossed two lanes of traffic on a yellow to get hit by me.
. she failed to yeild.. she is responsible.. Grrr. I am very upset. The retarted thing is.. that either way they are going to end up paying it anyways.. because if they fight it.. then my insurance company is going to go after them and say well your client was issued a ticket and you have to pay it.
. and blah blah blah.. ahhhhh! this is so much crap. [/font].
