Review of Proof (2005) by Donna . — 20 Sep 2008
A very simple and uninteresting story. A mathematical problem is solved but who solved it? The mathematician father or his mathematician student daughter? Who cares? The film tries to be a character study about redemption and the parent/child bond but just did not work.
Roger Ebert loved this. I didn't.
