Review of Promises (2001) by Peter K — 01 Jan 2008
Fascinating film. The children were well chosen- children are so candid. The viewer gets a cross-section of the factions that contribute to tension in the region. The film is exemplifies how frustration, anger and a sense of entitlement are cultivated in each new generation.
I did not find it as hopeful as other reviewers cited here.
