Review of Prometheus Trap (2012) by Ryan V — 10 Aug 2013
Interesting story about a space crew that has been assigned to rescue an adrift cargo ship in deep space. The crew arrives and finds that there has been sabotage and a sense of deja-vu.
They are caught in a trap, repeating the same period of time over and over again while trying to prevent a bomb from exploding.
The story is great. The script and acting however isn't. Which is too bad, because it is very entertaining, and a fun ride. The narrative is very reminiscent of the Star Trek TNG story 'Cause and Effect'.
