Very misunderstood by YouTubers, fans, and critics alike. It *is* a prequel. but that designation doesn't mean this film needs to perfectly fit into the beginning of Alien and answer every single question (examples: Revenge of the Sith, Rogue One, The Thing 2011).
This film looks unique and has a stellar theme, tone, and message.
