Review of Prometheus (2012) by Howard B — 29 Dec 2015
Prometheus is so eager to throw interesting ideas around that it completely fails to give any development to them, which both has the effect of prolonging some mystery but also leaving us a little bit cheated from at least some kind of payoff.
Afterall, we do spend a lot of time listening to the characters discuss what could be possibly going on. Saving this all though are some truly fantastic, if intermittant, scenes and wacky twists that will leave at least something stuck in your head and some brilliant performances.
Some truly great stuff rolling around here but all rather disjointed.
