Review of Prometheus (2012) by Kade C — 16 May 2017
Very ambitious, and completely worked for me in almost every way. As a fan of the first two Alien films, this explores the mythology of not only the creatures, but the origins of humanity very well. I'm a fan of large-scale science fiction epics, and I find this one of the best in a very long time.
The idea of finding your creator or maker is fascinating, and only to find out they aren't what you expected is even better. On top of all this you learn quite a bit about the origins of the Xenomorph aliens, and makes Prometheus a must-watch if you are a fan of the Alien franchise, especially the first two films.
