Review of Prom Night (2011) by Jennie R — 08 Aug 2009

Wasnt sure if this was a remake of the original "Prom Night" with Jamie Lee Curtis. It is not. Not at all. I wasnt expecting much at all. After seeing some of these new teeny bopper slasher films that are posing as remakes of the old 80's flicks, I havent been impressed with any of them.

This one was okay. I liked the set up of the killer in the hotel but I found myself wishing the killer killed way more people - like the stuck up bitches that were cheerleaders. That is the rule of slashers - the meanies ALWAYS get it.

Some of the goodies got it & I wasnt mad about it. Catch this when you have popcorn and want to watch something that you havent seen & this is all that you can find.
