I will just go ahead and be honest here. This really isn't my cup of tea. It was the only one that had a showtime available so we saw it. Basically it takes a cast of no name kid actors and tries to sky rocket their talent and reputation so they will become "Disney Channel Worthy".

The storyline was the same as all prom movies. Girl gets date with hot guy. Guy jumps out at the last minute. Girl ends up going and falling in love with the towns misfit. And everyone lives happily ever after.

No originality. The script was so simple it could have been written by a third grader. This film was unique in that its the first one that didn't offer a hot steamy teenage sex scene half way through.

I was surprised at this. Maybe the movies are actually trying to tell kids the right way to date for once? This film just brought back way too many bad memories for me.
