Period martial arts fun that unites Jackie Chan with a slim-line Sammo Hung, battling pirates and corrupt policemen in 19th century Hong Kong. The usual slapstick and beautifully choreographed fight scenes make for hugely entertaining chop socky fun.
But once again, it's dubbed!
