Jackie Chan proves his biggest influences were the silent greats--he even hangs off a clock ala Harold Lloyd--in Project A. Hilarious, kung fu artistry that's even better in dub because Danny Trejo voices the pirate boss.
It's hard to be unhappy while watching this movie, especially when Jackie starts beating up henchmen with a bicycle.
