Review of Prizzi's Honor (1985) by Darren P — 15 May 2010
A funny and charming take on the gansgter genre, a gangster film that really is a love story and comedy. Great writing marks this wonderful story and add in some great performances by an amazing cast and you get such a fun film to watch.
The score to the film is great, adding texture and character to the film. The film is shot simply and this has to be the touch of Huston here as the film feells almost classical in form. Just a really fun film to watch!
