Review of Private Benjamin (1980) by Mary H — 11 Nov 2007
This is the movie where Goldie Hawn was finally taken seriously. Up until this point she continued to play her persona created on Martin and Rowan's Laugh-In. She remains that way in the beginning of the film before she completely deconstructs it.
The plot is alright but not pleasing enough for me and I'm not really into the fish out of water military story which was over done in my youth in the 90s.
