Excellent storyline. Completely enthralling. Can't help but empathize for the characters even when they screw things up royally. Wolverine's performance is lacking when compared to Academy award winning dramatic performances but is probably fairly consistent with how an actual father would behave in a real-life situation such as this--just lacking in the depth of this character.

This film is creepy, Edgy, and leaves the audience guessing until the very end. Jake Gillenhall gives a stellar performance as a lone detective in a department full of incompetents. For anyone who's ever carried a sidearm in the line of duty will agree that he has perfected the quick draw and handles his firearm as any true professional would.

Btw, my girlfriend says I'm supposed to get my haircut like Jake next time... Apparently, that's what's "sexy".
