Review of Prisoners (2013) by Jesse G — 29 May 2015
150531: Haven't felt like this during a movie since Se7en (1995) or The Road (2009). Dread. This is a dark film. Extremely dark. You won't get bored and, likely, you'll want people to get their shit together faster.
This was a hard film to watch but I couldn't turn away. Scares me because, sadly, its premise is based upon some semblance of truth. By the end you'll be hanging on for dear life.
