Although PPP has two great rising teen stars, it falls to deliver anything good. It feels like "Cow Belle," a typical story of a princess or rich girl who has to make it into our boring ordinary world.
Even the great friendship between Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez fails to show on the screen.
