A wonderful, charming, gently comic tale of a foreign princess discovered drifting in England, but is she a true blueblood or a talented con artist? Wonderfully told, gently whimsical tale, with a beautiful Phoebe Cates in the lead.
The brilliant Broadbent, as usual, almost steals the movie as a crass, libidinous banker who has married into aristocracy.
