Review of Primer (2004) by Hm F — 04 Dec 2010
Purposely obtuse storytelling generates at least three WTF moments that linger in your head long after the movie is done. The dialogue and the actors delivering it are this movie's main engines and they hum with perfection.
Even when you don't understand what the hell they are saying or what just happened, you're still somehow held spellbound by the struggle to understand this movie. Shane Carruth is definitely one to watch.
