Primer is about a couple of engineers who accidentally invent a time machine. It was written, produced, directed and stars Shane Carruth. He is a former mathematician and engineer who literally reverse engineered the movie making process and made an incredible movie on a $7,000 budget.
Beware: It will take several viewings to understand WTF is going on.
