Two precocious teens uncover a complex plot to ripoff the Federal Reserve. Supposedly makes WARGAMES 'kidstuff' (according to the trailer) but, unlike that film, it's hard to root for teens who steal from ordinary people's bank accounts.
The teens, of course, are far smarter than the alarmingly incompetent government officials.
