NYC: wonderful as always. Meryl Streep turns in another top notch and chameleon-like performance. Greenberg and Thurman are both very believable in their roles. The story is an interesting take on the romantic comedy formula.

Often trying to change or manipulate a trteid and true genre formula can come back to bite you, but here it is handled quite deftly and ends up enriching the work. One can definitely tell it was not written/directed by someone that wants to keep working in the genre for years to come.
