Review of Priest (2011) by Richard B — 04 Mar 2012
An odd combination of vampires, dystopian future and wild west. The vampires have replaced the indians and broken down cities have replaced half built border towns but apart from that it's a search for a kidnapped daughter by a top gunfighter. Good action, plenty of dark, brooding moments and stylised violence. Paul Bettany is a top rate actor who, I assume, takes films like this to fund the projects he's interested in.
