Review of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016) by Matt R — 29 Feb 2016

This genre mash-up works wonderfully on a few occasions, when the undead show up to crash what seems to be a straight-faced telling of the original period drama. However; all too often the filmmakers lose their grip on this concept and try stuffing too many plot points into their short run time.

This overcomplicates the simple premise and completely kills the pacing. Still, the final product is a surprisingly good time at the movies.
