Review of Pride & Prejudice (2005) by Alex M — 19 Oct 2012
While not really my type of film, I must admit that I enjoyed Pride and Prejudice more than I thought I would. Performances are strong across the board, with Keira Knightley delivering a powerhouse performance as Elizabeth, and the art direction is breathtaking, as is the very memorable score.
It's easily the definitive version of Jane Austen's classic novel.
