Review of Pride and Glory (2008) by Kjell V — 22 May 2009
This is a morality tale, one of those cases where doing the "right"thing costs - just like in real life. The issue discussed (family vs. duty) for those cops, finds a "natural"solution- that comes from Farell's character's destiny even though it is also somehow, his choice.
That said, the resolution is not less shocking. Thought provoking, and nicely acted through, it's one of those films you are glad you have watched. Not a waste of an evening.
