Funny, uplifting, and bittersweet, not to mention great acting. I have no idea why it's rated R, but am inclined to agree with those who are saying the rating is fueled by homophobia. I wouldn't hesitate to take a teenager.
Really an excellent movie on the importance of friendship and solidarity.
