It takes a lot to get me to go see a movie at the theatre. Prices can set you back, crowds can be a bummer, and so many previews. When I heard the premise for this movie though, I knew it would be one that I should brave all the elements for! I was not disappointed.

The talent the writers had in weaving together a story line that both endeared the characters to you and made you begin to care about the ending was masterful. Many times films fall short in this area and although the intention is there, missing pieces exist.

Not so for Priceless. You loved the main character, flaws and all and began to root for him. The "enemies" were so easy to dislike. I wanted to rise up from my seat and cheer at times, and the raw emotion caused me to cry at others.

The musical scores were beautiful. The imagery was perfectly blended to make you feel like you were there. And the message was an eye opening one. I didn't know much about the issue before viewing but it stirred up in me an interest to know more and ultimately a passion to get involved.

You know a masterpiece was created when all of these elements combine for an amazing experience. This is a movie I would return a few times to see and will purchase a copy when it comes out on DVD. Friends and family will be hearing glowing reviews from me and I urge those who enjoy a good movie and a good cause to make sure you experience this movie.

You will be glad you did.
