Really overrated romantic comedy. Pretty Woman is a mediocre film. Basically the adult version of Cinderella. It's cliche, unrealistic, predictable, and even kind of pretentious. I love Richard Gere (Julia Roberts less so), but this is not one of his best films, though it's not one of his worst either.
Not really a fan of Julia Roberts to be honest as I find her quite overrated. The songs are not even that good, they're just meh. This movie has not aged well. I prefer Unfaithful.
