Review of Pretty Poison (1968) by Clay K — 22 Feb 2008
A deliciously bizarre and unconventional film about a couple of psychopaths meeting up in a quaint rural town and getting into all kinds of trouble. Anthony Perkins is hilarious and strangely lovable as the unstable and highly quirky Dennis Pitt and Tuesday Weld is the perfect high school sweetheart with a dark side.
Ahead of it's time in both content and style, "Pretty Poison" is both very enjoyable and a quasi-classic.
