Pretty much a disaster. The only decent part is the nude catwalk scene, and that doesn't even make any sense in the context of the film, I mean, why did Altman make such a drooling love song to the god-awful '90s fashion scene when he thinks it's all a bunch of crap? The whole thing is just stupid; the performances are either deranged or catatonic, most of the stories have no resolution to their arc, and.
..I dunno, it's just dumb.
