Quite surprised by the extent of the criticism. Sandra Bullock delivers a decent lead performance, the concept is fairly novel, and a reasonable level of suspense and intrigue is maintained throughout.
Nothing brilliant here, but interesting and enjoyable enough for a Sunday afternoon.
