Unique and original in some ways, but also obstinately cliche in other areas, however, this flick moves, and joe is always a pleasure to watch, and michael also turns in a great performance as the obligatory crooked cop, and although I wouldn't describe the rush as 'premium', I would definitely recommend taking a hit of this 'fixie'.
