Review of Premium Rush (2012) by Andy B — 06 Oct 2013
Bike messenger in NYC who lives for the rush of riding fast through the streets without brakes and no care for his or others safety. He picks up a package from an acquaintance which a crooked cop (up to his neck in gambling debts with the local asian crimelords) wants to intercept and so begins the chase.
Feels like a light hearted chase comedy with some out of place violence. Good stunts, lame CGI, average acting especially by the usually solid Michael Shannon. Don't really bother.
